Property Management

Property Management is a cornerstone of our business.  We are sanctioned as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a professional designation that we have worked hard to achieve.  We are one of only 45 AMO firms in Pennsylvania.  With two Certified Property Managers (CPM) and a very experienced professional staff, we oversee more than 75 properties.

Our emphasis is on commercial properties such as neighborhood and strip shopping centers and retail stores and offices, but also includes properties as small as residential duplexes.

We maintain extensive relationships with contractors throughout the region and, along with our state-of-the-art computer system, have the tools to answer questions and solve problems quickly.

In addition to property management, Clients also appreciate our ability to provide a full range of services including leasing and brokerage.

What it means to be and Accredited Management Organization (AMO)

AMO firms are required to have a Certified Property Manager (CPM) directing and supervising the firm's real estate management activities.  The CPM designation is the most respected real estate management designation.  Only individuals who complete extensive course study, have met experience requirements in both fiscal and operations management, and adhere to a professional code of ethics attain the CPM designation.

Financial Responsibility of an AMO

Each AMO firm undergoes an independent financial review and must demonstrate financial stability and integrity.  IREM also requires AMO firms to maintain insurance coverage to ensure that your investment is protected.  You can count on an AMO firm, and Herbert Yentis & Company specifically, to manage real estate assets with your investment goals in mind.
