Jeffrey Goldstone, CPM, GRI – President
Jeff has been active in all phases of business at Herbert Yentis & Co. Realtors since graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. Taking the helm as President in 1997, Jeff brings much expertise to the office and our clients as a manager, broker, and developer. Jeff is active in many volunteer civic, community, and business groups.
George Goldstone, CPM, SRA - Chairman
George serves as Chairman of Herbert Yentis & Co. Realtors, originally leading the company’s extensive growth beginning in 1961. A graduate of Temple University, George serves on many city-wide charitable boards and is currently a Director of the City Avenue Special Services District. George is a past President of the Delaware Valley Chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and received the IREM Manager of the Year Award.
Thomas C Pillion CRA – Executive Vice President
Tom joined the office in 1973 after having his own office and working at Albert M. Greenfield & Co., where he started his career. Tom originally obtained his broker’s license in 1963. Tom is valued for his experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate and assists in the preparation of leases and agreements of sale.
Andrew Rubin – Senior Vice President
Andy, a graduate of Cornell University, joined Herbert Yentis & Company in 1995 after receiving his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Andy is very active in all aspects of commercial real estate and has brokered numerous retail and office properties throughout the region. Andy is a past board member of TriState Commercial REALTORS Alliance and an active community volunteer.

Charlie Ambrose – Vice President
Charlie brings much experience to his clients, having joined the office in 1977. Specializing in commercial real estate, Charlie has sold ground to leading residential and commercial developers. Charlie’s expertise takes him throughout the region, where he is responsible for the leasing, sale, and management of grocery-anchored shopping centers and multi-story office properties. Charlie has brokered a large number of properties over the years including two separate $18M office complexes.
Daniel Leider, GRI – Vice President
Dan joined the office in 1975. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science as well as having completed advanced studies in real estate at Penn State University. Dan specializes in land development, having represented national clients and leading developers for many years, as well as investment sales, commercial leasing and property management. Dan has brokered numerous multi-million dollar properties over the years, including two separate $18M office complexes.
Beverly Misher, GRI – Vice President
Beverly joined Herbert Yentis Realtors in 1978. A graduate of Temple University who pursued Master’s level coursework too, Beverly focuses as a residential specialist and also handles commercial property sales as well. Whether selling on the Main Line or Overbrook Farms, she knows the area very well and is an invaluable resource for both many long-time clients and new clients as well.

Jackie Goldstone
Jackie joined the office in 1967. A graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with both undergraduate and graduate degrees, Jackie focuses on residential real estate, with an emphasis on the Main Line.
Paul Goldstone
Paul joined the office in 2006. A graduate of Penn State, Paul has a strong sales background which he has successfully applied to commercial real estate. A long-time resident of the region, Paul has good knowledge of the region’s commercial real estate activity and geography. Paul also has a strong business network of “movers and shakers” in the community.
Fay Mushlin
Fay joined Herbert Yentis Realtors in 1991 and holds a BA in Sociology. Fay receives many personal referrals and focuses on both the eastern and western Main Line. She frequently works with the medical community, assisting physicians locating in the area with both their residential and commercial real estate needs. Fay is an active volunteer and served as past president of a medical auxiliary.
Alan Necowitz
Alan joined the office in 1986 and holds an Associate Broker’s license. Alan focuses on commercial sales and leasing.
Alan Reese
Alan joined the office in 2006. Alan is a prior graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in civil engineering. Alan focuses on commercial real estate leasing and investment sales.
Mel Sporkin, CDC
Mel came to the office in 1996. A Penn State graduate, Mel focuses on commercial investment sales and leasing. Mel has had articles of relevance to commercial real estate published in trade journals.
